Forum appointed by Martin Group to manage commercialisation

Forum RCP has been appointed by Martin Property Group to manage the commercialisation of seven of their shopping centres across the UK. These include Rochdale Exchange, The Four Seasons, Mansfield, Clarendon Square, Hyde, and centres in Edinburgh, Tamworth, Bridgwater and Letchworth.

Forum will manage all mall space as well as other commercial income at all seven centres, and will bring over 20 years of experience in the shopping centre industry to their partnership with Martin Group.

This new business brings the total number of shopping centres, retails parks and town centres where Forum manage commercialisation to over 108.
